This Privacy Policy describes how ZUNNIA ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our desktop application, Ada Asistente (the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

1. Account Information:
   • When you sign up with email and password, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed version of your password.
   • When you sign up with Google, we receive basic profile information, including your name, email address, and Google ID.
   • We also store information about your subscription tier (e.g., "Free", "Plus") and your account status (e.g., whether it is banned).
2. User Content:
   • Conversations: The messages you send and the responses you receive from the assistant are processed and stored to maintain your conversation history. This history is associated with your account.
   • Attachments: If you attach files, they are uploaded to our AI provider's secure servers (OpenAI) to be processed as part of your conversation. Files are associated with your conversation for future use within it.
3. Usage Statistics:
   • We keep a record of your use of the different features (such as Fast Mode or Web Search) to manage the daily and monthly limits associated with your subscription tier.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and Maintain the Service: To authenticate you, process your requests, display your chat history, and manage your account.
• Improve the Service: To understand how our features are used and make improvements.
• Enforce Policies: To enforce our Terms of Service and manage usage limits.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

Our Service works thanks to integrations with third-party technologies. We do not sell your personal information, but we share it with these providers for the sole purpose of making the application work:
