Ada Asistente Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ada Asistente desktop application (the "Service"), operated by ZUNNIA. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Third-Party Terms
Ada Asistente is an interface built on top of third-party services to provide its core functionality. By using our Service, you accept and agree to fully comply with the terms and policies of our key technology providers:
- OpenAI: All content you generate and receive through the assistant is subject to their policies.
- Google Cloud Platform: The infrastructure that powers the application is hosted on Google Cloud, and your use is indirectly subject to their terms.
Failure to comply with any of these providers' terms will constitute a breach of the Ada Asistente Terms of Service and may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2. Your Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Usage Limits
The Service offers different subscription tiers, each with its own daily and monthly usage limits. When you use a feature, you agree that your usage is counted within your plan's limits. If you reach a limit, access to that feature may be restricted until the counter resets.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms (or those of our providers).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZUNNIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
